 Chui/Semai Pitha

চুই/সেমাই পিঠা



Ingredients :

Rice powder - 2 cups

Water - 2 cups

Milk : 2 liters

Crushed molasses - 1 cup + 1/2 cup

Ghee - 1 teaspoon

Powdered milk - 1/2 cup




Preparation :

In a bowl,add water,ghee and 1/2 teaspoon of salt to reduce the heat.Now mix it well with rice powder and cover it and keep it for 5 minutes (like making bread).Turn off the oven.While the rice doe is slightly hot,take the yeast well with the moth.Make a ball of 10 parts of yeast  and cover it otherwise it will become hard.Take one part and make it long like a thick dari.Now make small lentils(almond-sized) and rub them with the palm of your hand.Make it all this way.(This way the cake can be made,dried and stored for a long time.)

Boil molasses with 1/2 cup water and melt it.

Make it thick with milk in the pot.Give powdered milk.Now put the cakes in the milk with a little ache for about 10 minutes.When the cakes is cooked,turn off the oven.Now add melted molasses.Mix well and serve hot or cold.

 Ingredients : 

Large dab - 1 p.m.

Sugar - 2 tablespoons(you can give more or less,you can not give) or

Diabetic sugar(diamant) - 2 tablespoons

China grass - 10 grams

Water - 1 cup

Green colour - 2/3 drops (optional)


Preparation :

Break the dab and keep 4 cups of water aside.Peel a squash,grate it and squeeze the juice.If you don't have coconut kuruni/cutter,you have to cut it into small cubes with knife.Put 1 cup of water and china grass in a pot.You have to mix sugar in it.When the china grass is melted and mixed,a flame should be taken down with coconut water.Put half of the coconut shells in a cake mold and pour the coconut water mixture on it.When it is a little cold,keep the rest of the shells in the fridge.Once frozen,pour it upside down on a plate and serve.Cut it properly then serve it.

Dry pepper fried - 3-4

Mustard oil - 1 tablespoon

Preparation :

First I will make a paste by burning or boiling a piece of kachu for applying it well.

Ingredients:
Milk - 1 liter
Lemon juice - 3/4 teaspoon
Flour - half teaspoon
Corn flower - 1part of 1 teaspoon
Baking powder - 1 pinch

Ingredients of sugar veins:
Water - 8 cups
Sugar - 2+1/2 cups
Flour - 1 teaspoon

Preparation : 
Add 1 liter of milk,when it boils,turn off the oven and wait for 5/6 minutes and stir gently with the lemon juice.You will see that the puppies are ready.Don't move too much.Make sure that the puppies do not become powdery.Now wait until it is completely cold in the milk pan.
Tilt the baby water pan and throw it away as much as possible and wash the baby with plain water so that the lemon smell goes away.
Now gently pour the baby with water on a soft clean towel or cloth.Now remove the cotton from the water and hang it somewhere for 1 hour.
Now untie the knot,spread the towel on the table and gently rub the baby in the towel with the palm of your hand for 5 minutes.
Now mix the cornflower,baking powder and flour in the baby and mix well.


Now make a Sweet round shape by dividing it into 10/12 equal parts.
Make veins with sugar and 3.5 cups of water for 7/8 minutes.When the veins start to swell,reduce the inflammation,add a quarter cup of water to the veins and increase the inflammation again.

Ingredients :
Meat of chicken breast - 2 pieces
Various type of vegetables we will take in this soup likes carrots,papaya and onion.(If you want to add more whatsable)
Soya sauce - 1 tablespoon
Salt - quantity
Sugar - Half(1/2) teaspoon
Tomato sauce - 2 tablespoon
Corn flower - 1 teaspoon
One pinch of pepper grip powder.
Lemon rind - a little (green part of the lemon peel)
Green peppers - a few
Water - little amount


Preparation :
With a litter of water in the pan,heat the chicken meat with a little salt.Now soyas is a day.If you are heated,then some raw pepper can give a raw pepper.When the marg of hen is soft,then take it up and throw it on the bone.Now let's give the chicken stake vegetables let's them go boiled.I'll give it to the chicken.I will add tomato sauce.The vegetables will become soft at this stage.Now with a half cup of water in the bowl,the cornflower,lemon rinton,goal pepper and the sugar mixed well.Now I will pour the mixture in the soup.I will take a little more heat.Now check the salt and taste and drop it down.This was made,chicken vegetable soup.It's very tasty food.My favourite.Try it at home.And write something good or bad in comments section. 

Pakora of Noodles

নুডলসের পাকোড়া



Ingredients : 
Noodles  🍜  - 1 packet
Onion 🧅 (chopped)  - 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves  🥬  - 2 tablespoons(even if not)
Tomato sprouts  🍅   - 1/4 cup
Raw chilli powder 🌶   - 2 tablespoons or 
(according to your taste)
Egg  🥚   -1 (beaten)
Salt  🧂  - 1/4 teaspoon
Oil  🥃  - for deep frying
Baking powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Flour - two and a half tablespoon 

👉(N.B : You can use any vegetable of your choice like carrot,cabbage,barbati etc.You can also give minced meat or shrimp if you want.🥕🥦🥔🍅🥒🥬🍗🍤)


Preparation :
Boil one and a half cup of water in a pot.When the water boils,add in here noodles and spices to the packet and cook it for about 3 minutes.Remove from the oven and let cool.Take the boiled noodles in a bowl.Discard excess water.
Mix the noodles well with egg,tomato paste,onion paste,chilli paste,coriander leaves,baking powder,salt and flour.If more water seems to be water then add some more flour. 
Heat oil in a pan.When the oil is well heated,release the oil in a small balls.Fry until brown on both sides.Fry slowly,in a hurry the inside may remain raw.Remove the pakoras from the pan and place them on the kitchen paper to absorb the excess oil.

Kachu in coconut milk

Kachu in coconut milk / নারিকেল দুধে কচু


Ingredients :
The base of the kachu is about 4 -5 inches,half a cup of coconut milk(thick) 
Onion - 1 (large)
Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
Chilli powder - half a teaspoon
Garlic paste - half a teaspoon
Cumin powder - half a teaspoon
Hot spice powder - 1 pinch
Green chillies - 4/5 
Salt - (to taste)
Oil - as required.

Preparatin :
Peel a squash,grate it and squeeze the juice.In hot boiling hot water,add salt and turmeric and boil the chopped kachus and add water.Heat oil in a pan and lightly fry the steamed kachu.Then fry the onion till golden,add chilli,turmeric powder Garlic paste,cumin powder and salt one by one and the fried kachu and add a little hot water.Cook until the kachu is cooked.Once
the kashu is cooked,increase the heat of the oven and dry the soup with coconut milk hot spice powder and raw chilli.

Ingredients :

Basmati rice - 2 cup

Coconut thick milk - 1 cup

Butter - 1 tablespoon

Coriander - 1 teaspoon (desire)

Water & a half cup of water

Preparation : 

Mix the water and coconut milk by mixing it.Now rice it.Spread the butter when the rice is in.

Serve hot and warm down with coriander leaf.

Rice Pumpkin Jam

Ingredients :

Ripe Rice Pumpkin - 1

Powdered milk - 2 cup

Sugar - 3 cups (less/more)

Ghee - 1/2 cup

Coconut korano - 1

Raisins - 1/3 cup (desired)

Dalda/Soybean oil - 1/2 cup

White cardamom - 5/6

Preparation :

The pumpkin was cut into four lengthwise lengthis.Discard the seeds by hand.With a large spoon,scrape well in all direction,in such a way that the water come out when the pumpkin chips.Now cut each piece into small 8/10 pieces.Boil in boiling hot water for 20 minutes.Drain the water.When its cools down,squeeze the water out of the cotton cloth one by one.When the water comes out the pieces will be cut in half.Heat oil and ghee in a pan.Add a little salt to the pumpkin pieces and fry on low heat.Remove from the oven when light brown.In another bowl,add powdered milk with three cups of water (do not use liquid milk, milk will burst) with coconut,cardamom,sugar.When the milk boils,add the pumpkin pieces and cook the raisins on the medium heat.When the milk is dry,take it down.

Let's be cold and serve it nicely.


Watermelon Shells

Ingredients :

Watermelon Cube - 1 kg(By throwing seeds)

Ruh Afza - 1/4 cup

Preparation :

 Place the watermelon cubes in a bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour.When lightly hardened,take it down and blend it.Mix rush Afza with it.If watermelon is not sweet,you can add a little sugar to taste.

Now put it in the fridge again for 7-8 hours.When it is ice,put it down and keep it for 5 minutes.Now grind the whole mixture well with a chopped spoon.The diameter was made into shells.In this way you can keep it in the fridge and eat it for a month.

Ingredients :

Puppies -2 litter milk puppies.

Egg - 4 p.m.

Condensed milk - 1 tin

Essence - 4/5 drops

Ghee - 1 tablespoons

Sugar - 3 tablespoons

Water - 1+2 tablespoon

Vinegar - 4 tablespoon

Puppies Making :

Put milk in a pot and put it on the oven.When it boils,add vinegar.When the puppies are done,drain the water.

For Caramel : 

Put the pudding in the bowl and put it in the oven with sugar and 2-3 tablespoon of water and colour it as you like and make caramel.

Pudding Making Methods :

First of all,blend the lamb,egg, condensed milk,essence,ghee and 1 tablespoons of water well.Blend very smoothly.Now pour the pudding into a bowl and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degree for 40 to 50 minutes.Place the bowl of pudding on top of the oven tray with water.When the time is up,insart the toothpick and see if it is raw.If you have,bake it for a while more.

You can also make this pudding in a pressure cooker.It will take 25 - 30 minutes.

Gourd leaf spinach is a very tasty and famousrecipe in Bangladesh.It's my favourite one recipe.Its would be nice to eat with hot rice.

Ingredients :

Gourd leaf - 30/40 (young/large)

Onion - 2

Garlic - 2

Raw pepper - 5/6

Oil - 2 table spoon

Salt - like quantity


Methods :

First of all,wash and boil the leafs.Squeeze out the water.Now grind the shill on the floor.Blend with very little water.Heat oil in a pan.Fry in there chopped onion and garlic.Now add here gourd leaf paste.Give salt like amount.Give in here,2 slices of green chillies. Shake for 10 minutes.Now our gourd leaf spinach recipe is ready to eat.

Bhuri Fry

Ingredients: ( for cooking) 

Bhuri  - 1 Kg

Chilli powder - 2 tea spoon 

Ginger,Garlic paste - 2 and a half tea spoon 

Coriander - 2 tea spoon 

Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon

Onion chops - 3/4 piece

Oil,Salt - as needed 

All hot spices - as needed 

Ingredients : (for frying)

Onion cubes - 7/8 piece

Chilli - 6/7 piece 

Garlic - 1 piece

Whole garammasala powder - 1 tea spoon

Oil - 1/4 cup

Cut everything into cubes



Method :
(of cooking)

Thoroughly clean the buri,wash it a few times in lukewarm water and drain the water.Now apply all the cooking ingredients by hand and cook with adequate amount of water.Do not give more water but cook with less water.Once the bhuri is boiled,dry the gravy / broth completely.

Method : ( for frying )

In another pan,heat a little oil and fry for a while.Add hot spice powder.When it is well fried,fry it with chopped onion /garlic / chilli for 2-3 more minutes.

This is how,lot's of testy Buri Baja was made now. Everyone try it.It's really delicious food

Palm Cake

Palm Cake is very very testy cake.It's my favourite food.If you have not eaten it,I am sayins please try it only one time.


Ingredients : 
Condensed palm juice - 2 cups
Rice powder - 3-4 cups
Sugar/Molassas -1 cups(to taste)
Coconut - 1/2 cup
Salt - a little
Banana leaves - whatever you need

Method :
Mix all the ingredients together except the banana leaves.Brush a little oil on the banana leaves and bake lightly on the fire.Now spread the cake mixture on the banana leaves and wrap the leaves.Heat a frying pan over low heat until tender.
When done,grind with a knife and serve it.

Rosh Malai is a sweet food.It is my very favourite food.He who has not eaten it will miss it very much.And those who want to eat it a lot,read from here.And make a very tasty Rosh Malai immediately.I have asked you to read it because there is no complete recipe in the video.The video has been  shown just to show you how to watch Rosh Malai.But the whole thing is given in the text.


Ingredients
:

Full cream milk powder - 1 cup
Baking powder-haf (1/2)
tea spoon
Butter/Ghee - 1 table spoon
Egg - 1 pice
Liquid milk - 1 litter
Sugar - Half(1/2) cup
Cardamom - 3 pice

Methods :

First of all,I will take a pot.I will give a cup of full cream milk powder in it.I will add here half tea spoon Baking powder in this milk.Now I will add one table spoon of ghee.In a separate bowl,I will take an egg and beat it very well.Then i will add this beaten soil to the previously mixed milk ingredients.I will  rub these ingredients together by hand for a long time.After five minute,I will fill my hands with a  little oil and make small  balls from the milk mixers and put them in a separate  bowl.In the other hand,I will put a pan on the stove and let one litter of liquid milk melt in it.Then I will  add in here Half cup of sugar.If you want give in here some more or less.Then I will add in here three cardamom in it.Then I will  stir it well.Whenever the milk comes out for the  first time,the  balls of rosh Malai should be left in the  milk one by one.Then cover with lid.Then it will be  cooked for seven minutes.Then open the lid and put the balls of rosh Malai one by one in a separate bowl.I will  let it became fake again.When the  milk becomes thick,I will  cool it and pour it into the  balls of  rosh malai.Now made rosh alai of many flavours.
