Chicken Noodles Soup

🍜 চিকেন নুডলস সুপ 🍜



Ingredients :

🥕 Carrot - 1 cup

🧅 Onion - half cup

🍗 Meat - small pieces

🍵 Meat stock - 4 cup

🧈 Butter - 2 tbsp

     Cinnamon - 1 piece

🍾 Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon

🧄 Crushed garlic - 1/2 teaspoon

🍯 Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon

🍋 Lemon juice - 1 tbsp

🌶 Raw chilli powder - 1 tbsp

🍿 Boiled egg noodles - 1 cup

🧂 Salt - a small amount

Preparation :

Wash the chicken bones and boil in a little ginger paste,garlic paste and salt,1 bay leaf and two liters of water.When the water is half dry,take it down and strain it.Chicken stock was made.Season the chicken with salt and soy sauce for 20 minutes.Heat butter in a pan and fry meat and carrots till red with onion and garlic.Now add the chicken stock prepared earlier with black pepper powder.When the soup boils,add the noodles,stirring frequently.Finally add soy sauce and vinegar.When it's boils,add hot chilli powder,lemon juice and serve it hot,very testy 🍜 chicken noodles soup.

Milk Chitui Pitha

Milk chitui Pitha

দুধ চিতুই পিঠা 



Ingredients :

Atap rice powder - 500 g,

Salt - a little

Date molasses - 500 grams

Condensed milk - 2 liters

Water - like quantiry

Oil - a little

Corano coconut - half cup

Preparation :

First make batter with rice powder,a little salt and adequate amount of water in a bowl.Do not the batter too thick or thin.The mixture should be covered for about half an hour.This time you have to put it in another container with thick milk and date molasses.Heat a small amount of oil in a small iron pan,cover the cake mixture with a lid,cover it with a damp cloth,remove the cake after 4 - 5 minutes,soak all the cakes in a thick mixture of milk and date molasses and grate with coconut on top.You have to burn the stove.This makes the cakes soft.Soak the milk chitai overnight and pour it in a serving dish the next day and serve.

চুই/সেমাই পিঠা



Ingredients :

Rice powder - 2 cups

Water - 2 cups

Milk : 2 liters

Crushed molasses - 1 cup + 1/2 cup

Ghee - 1 teaspoon

Powdered milk - 1/2 cup




Preparation :

In a bowl,add water,ghee and 1/2 teaspoon of salt to reduce the heat.Now mix it well with rice powder and cover it and keep it for 5 minutes (like making bread).Turn off the oven.While the rice doe is slightly hot,take the yeast well with the moth.Make a ball of 10 parts of yeast  and cover it otherwise it will become hard.Take one part and make it long like a thick dari.Now make small lentils(almond-sized) and rub them with the palm of your hand.Make it all this way.(This way the cake can be made,dried and stored for a long time.)

Boil molasses with 1/2 cup water and melt it.

Make it thick with milk in the pot.Give powdered milk.Now put the cakes in the milk with a little ache for about 10 minutes.When the cakes is cooked,turn off the oven.Now add melted molasses.Mix well and serve hot or cold.

Green Coconut Pudding

সবুজ নারকেল/ডাবের পুডিং



 Ingredients : 

Large dab - 1 p.m.

Sugar - 2 tablespoons(you can give more or less,you can not give) or

Diabetic sugar(diamant) - 2 tablespoons

China grass - 10 grams

Water - 1 cup

Green colour - 2/3 drops (optional)


Preparation :

Break the dab and keep 4 cups of water aside.Peel a squash,grate it and squeeze the juice.If you don't have coconut kuruni/cutter,you have to cut it into small cubes with knife.Put 1 cup of water and china grass in a pot.You have to mix sugar in it.When the china grass is melted and mixed,a flame should be taken down with coconut water.Put half of the coconut shells in a cake mold and pour the coconut water mixture on it.When it is a little cold,keep the rest of the shells in the fridge.Once frozen,pour it upside down on a plate and serve.Cut it properly then serve it.
