দুধ চিতুই পিঠা
Ingredients :
Atap rice powder - 500 g,
Salt - a little
Date molasses - 500 grams
Condensed milk - 2 liters
Water - like quantiry
Oil - a little
Corano coconut - half cup
Preparation :
First make batter with rice powder,a little salt and adequate amount of water in a bowl.Do not the batter too thick or thin.The mixture should be covered for about half an hour.This time you have to put it in another container with thick milk and date molasses.Heat a small amount of oil in a small iron pan,cover the cake mixture with a lid,cover it with a damp cloth,remove the cake after 4 - 5 minutes,soak all the cakes in a thick mixture of milk and date molasses and grate with coconut on top.You have to burn the stove.This makes the cakes soft.Soak the milk chitai overnight and pour it in a serving dish the next day and serve.
